What happened
Our team built AeroC, an air pollution exposure simulator that turns hourly PM2.5 readings into personalized exposure risk estimates for the Philippines and Indonesia. We placed 1st out of 25 teams.
I led the backend team and built the Python and FastAPI service, deployed on AWS. The full write-up is on the AeroC project page.
